Brian joined the Bethel team in April of 2015. Along with his desire to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus he brings a passion for families. His hope is to journey with parents, as the primary spiritual influencers of their home, as they seek to share the love of Jesus with their children and lead them towards a forever friendship with Christ. Working together with both parents and ministry volunteers Brian's vision for ministry is to make disciples of the next generation.
Since 2002, Brian has enjoyed a wonderful marriage to his wife Cheri and they continue to grow in their love and relationship with one another; anchored by God's great love for them. Together they lovingly do their absolute best to raise and disciple their three sons Dylan, Brent, and Bowen. Their favorite source of enjoyment as a family is spending time in the surf and sand at the beach!
He learned that the true source of strength and satisfaction in this life is found only in Jesus. His favorite verse that serves as a daily reminder is Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Him [Jesus] who gives me strength."
DIRECTOR of STUDENT MINISTRIES
Rob has been the director of the student ministry since June of 2017. He has had a passion for serving students since 1998. The joy of living for Jesus Christ and a love for students has motivated him in the ministry. Joining with parents, he strives to help students grow spiritually through all the struggles they may face today. Together with other ministry volunteers, Rob’s mission is to grow young men and women to be committed disciples of Jesus Christ.
Rob has been blessed to be married to his wife Michelle since August of 1999. They were married at Bethel and continue to grow together in Christ as they grow in love for each other. They have three wonderful boys Joshua, Jonathan and Jackson, who they desire to disciple and grow in a love for Christ. As a family they enjoy movies, camping and just spending time together.
In facing the struggles that come with life Rob has learned to trust in Jesus for all things. He leans on Philippians 4:4-7 to guide him in his journey.
